Found an easy to use Bookmark Tool. It will allow you to Merge or Convert between the following browsers:

--- Opera bookmarks
--- Mozilla bookmarks
--- Internet Explorer Favorites
--- Firefox/Firebird/Phoenix bookmarks
--- Netscape 1-4 bookmarks
--- Netscape 6-7 bookmarks
